Several legitimate blockchains like @BitcoinCash and @nanocurrency have been showcasing instant payments. In case of Bitcoin Cash - they are using 0 confirmations option (!). Nano is a good and fast blockchain, but, like Dash, it can only provide a "closed loop" solution.
